We had out gas logs serviced today. Patrick was on time, courteous, and very thorough. He took the time to fully inspect and service out unit but also the time to train us on the system and how to operate safely. We recommend The Hearth Doctor and Patrick!

Patrick was a Godsend from the start of the visit. Professional, great manners, great communication, and knowledgeable. After he serviced our fireplace, it was so clean that my wife took a picture and sent it to our kids. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Patrick!

Patrick performed the maintenance on my fireplace insert and chimney. He is professional, courteous, thorough, and respectful of property. Patrick communicated every step of the inspection and the cost. No pressure to sell any unwanted or unnessary services. Documented the complete inspection and cleaning. Patrick went over the completed invoice and no hidden charges. Patrick is a 5 star individual and The Hearth Doctor 5 star business.
