We had two outstanding reps from your company to service our Fire ?? Place yesterday. They were outstanding representatives of Hearth & very informative. They identified the issues with our remote system, cleaned & serviced the entire vented system. Replaced the rocks & logs & cleaned up everything around the fireplace. You should proud of having these two young men, Jon Dixson & Steven Lawing working for you. Thank them for their workmanship!!
