We had two outstanding reps from your company to service our Fire ?? Place yesterday. They were outstanding representatives of Hearth & very informative. They identified the issues with our remote system, cleaned & serviced the entire vented system. Replaced the rocks & logs & cleaned up everything around the fireplace.
